Análise do processo de licitação no município de Amparo - PB.

Abstract

The present study analyzes the bidding modalities, their principles, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, applied by the municipal government of Amparo-PB and the modality by this municipality, with analysis of financial data and percentage of use of each bidding modality. It has as a methodology the bibliographic research, where there is the search to explain the problem by the analysis of readings, in publications of diverse authors inherent to the subject, within the legal parameters established by laws 8,666 / 1993 and Law 10520 that govern the modalities of bidding, as well as such as the collection of data at the municipality's headquarters and application of a questionnaire to the administration and finance department of the municipality. The work also presents changes in the values of the bidding modality implemented by Decree 9.412 / 2018, and the general aspects and peculiarities of what is bidding, emphasizing the most used modality in the municipality of Amparo-PB, in the case the face-to-face trading modality, and highlighting its peculiarities and use within the municipality in 2017, still drawing comparatives between the other bidding modalities and the Face to Face modality, unleashing and defining the advantages and disadvantages in the use of this bidding modality, to the end of the study to demonstrate the applicability of bidding modalities within the municipality of Amparense through bibliographical analysis and researched data, leaving the initial problem successfully answered.
