Abstract

Apiculture nowadays as well as a source of income is an activity of generation of occupation, environmental preservation and, consequently, an improvement in the living conditions of the families that support it, therefore the importance of the honey handling in a suitable structure, with ambience , cleaning, lighting, among others, motivating the small producer to improve his performance and consequently his productivity and his income, as well as, to engage in sustainable development. The purpose of this work was to propose a project for the honey house in the backlands of the state of Para, aiming to serve the honey market, which has grown steadily due to society's considerable demand for natural, healthy and sustainable products for a better quality of life.
