Logística de cargas: desenvolvimento e validação de uma ferramenta para a gestão de controle de cargas a mercados agroindustriais.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and validate an innovative tool for the management of cargo control to agroindustrial markets, developed in order to provide adequate planning and control for distribution. As references for the development of the LOG tool, bibliographical and documentary research was used, which served as support for the elaboration of spreadsheets for controlling data of drivers, vehicles and loads, as for creating the visual aspects of the tool. In order to validate the developed tool, it was demonstrated the operation of the same to companies that operate in the agroindustrial logistics distribution market in the municipality of Sinop / MT. It was used as a methodological resource for the validation, the field research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, through the application of a questionnaire and an evaluation form. As a result, it was observed that for the companies surveyed, the tool developed is classified as satisfactory, where they presented as a suggestion of improvement the addition of financial data referring to the driver's commission, making it complete and efficient for total management control of fleets.
