| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este estudo analisa como se da a licitação, através do Pregão Presencial, com foco no fundo da Prefeitura Municipal de Monteiro. Tem como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica, onde procura explicar o problema através de análise de leituras, publicadas em livros e publicações diversas da imprensa relacionadas ao tema. O trabalho verifica ainda os aspectos referentes à licitação conhecendo as características do Pregão Presencial e os fatores que o definem; fazendo um comparativo da modalidade Pregão Presencial com as demais modalidades, estabelecendo um paralelo, listando todas as vantagens e desvantagens em fazer uso dessa modalidade. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to analyze how the bidding through the Classroom Trading, focused on City Hall background Monteiro. We had to approach the literature, which sought to explain the problem through analysis of readings, published in various books and publications related to the topic press. We hope that this study may contribute to a greater incentive to this type of bidding modality. In this work we will verify aspects related to bidding knowing the Face Trading characteristics and factors that define it; we will make a comparison of Trading Face mode with other modalities, establishing a parallel, listing all the advantages and disadvantages in making use of this modality. |
