Estudo de viabilidade: plano de negócio da empresa agroecológica Pitiá.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a fundamental role for economic development in the world. Entrepreneurship has become something sought after by thousands of people across the globe, however, it is not enough to dream about the venture, it takes too much effort, planning, and hard work to achieve success. Therefore, the business plan presents itself as an indispensable tool for the construction of a successful venture, it is through the elaboration of this document that, among other things, entrepreneurs seek to unify data, information that can aid in the visualization of the future enterprise, Support decision-making and succeed in your organization. In this way, the present work seeks to analyze the feasibility of opening a company producing organic products in the city of Areia-PB, through the elaboration of a business plan. The research has a descriptive character using bibliographies as theoretical basis, where the data were collected through the application of questionnaires and benchmarking with people related to the sector, to foment the elaboration of the business plan. The preparation of the business plan took as its main reference the drafting proposals presented by Dornelas (2008), Dolabela (2008) and the manual "How to prepare a business plan" developed by Sebrae. The preparation of the business plan showed that it is feasible to open the venture as soon as its feasibility and profitability indicators were positive. This work seeks to show the importance of building a business plan for the success of the projects.
