Gestão colegiada nas agências do Banco do Brasil: uma análise do processo decisório bos a ótica dos gerentes.

Abstract

The research had as objective generality to analyze the power to decide process, under the optics of the controlling of the Bank of Brazil, through internal Committees of the agencies, by means of the identification of the factors that influence the decision taking, taking as reference some agencies that had answered the considered questionnaire. The study it looks for to show a anatomy of the power to decide process, with the revision of the definitions of the Taking of Decisions, Individual Perceptions, Styles of Leadership, Environments of Decisions, Types of Decisions, Ethics in the Power to decide Process, Importance of the Public Manager in the Power to decide Process and Decisions in Team, where it detaches the valuation of the work in team as main differential to take decisions satisfactory. How much to the used methodology, a research of descriptive character was carried through, with quali- quantitative boarding, assuming the form, how much to the procedures, of a survey. A composed questionnaire for 10 open questions was used. The results had evidenced that the Committees of the Agencies contribute of proactive form, assisting the managers, for the taking of the best decisions. However, it is necessary to invest, always more, in the qualification of the integrant ones of the committees, so that the marketing changes can be intent, benefiting its external customer, as well as, the intern.
