| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O presente trabalho trata de uma pesquisa realizada no PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção) da empresa Felinto Indústria e Comércio, na cidade de Campina Grande – Pb. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é descrever as atividades desempenhadas no PCP, a fim de identificar possíveis falhas nos processos, bem como sugerir soluções. Quanto ao método utilizado, a pesquisa caracteriza-se como estudo de caso, e tem caráter descritivo e qualitativo, além de uma revisão bibliográfica acerca do tema em questão e de uma pesquisa de campo, utilizando instrumentos como a observação direta, e entrevistas informais, assim como a participação ativa. Os resultados apontaram algumas falhas nos procedimentos do setor de PCP, as quais foram feitas algumas possíveis sugestões que, de alguma forma, possam contribuir para o crescimento da empresa. |
| Abstract: | This work is about a survey conducted in PCP (Planning and Control of Production) of Felinto Industry and Commerce Company in the city of Campina Grande - Pb. The general objective of the research is to describe the activities performed in the PCP in order to identify possible shortcomings in the procedures and suggest solutions. In relation to the method used, the research is characterized as a case study, and had a descriptive and qualitative character, in addition to a bibliographic review on the referred topic and a field research, using tools such as direct observation and informal interviews, as well as active participation. The results suggested some flaws in the procedures of the sector of PCP, in which some possible suggestions were made so that, in some way, they might contribute to the growth of the company. |
