| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este projeto foi elaborado com objetivo de estudar os fatores que envolvem a construção civil atualmente, considerando a necessidade de buscar novas alternativas sustentáveis e ao mesmo tempo empreendedoras no sentido de reduzir os impactos ambientais causados pelas construções. Elaborou-se uma fundamentação teórica, com o intuito de aprofundar os conhecimentos sobre o assunto proposto nesse trabalho, base para uma metodologia que envolve o estudo dos aspectos gerais de sustentabilidade, o conceito de construção sustentável e as alternativas sustentáveis do segmento. A metodologia deste trabalho foi concretizada através de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva baseada no levantamento de referencial bibliográfico, e observações in-loco, proporcionando os conhecimentos necessários para atingir os objetivos propostos. |
| Abstract: | This project was designed to examine the factors surrounding the construction currently considering the need to seek new and sustainable alternatives while entrepreneurs. Elaborated a theoretical basis, in order to deepen knowledge on the topic proposed in this work, the basis for a methodology that involves the analysis of the general aspects of sustainability, including by examining the environmental impact of the construction industry, the concept of building sustainable and sustainable alternatives in the segment. The methodology of this study was achieved through an exploratory descriptive research based on a survey of bibliographic references, providing the knowledge necessary to complete the work. |
