| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a cultura e o clima organizacionais no âmbito das relações de trabalho no Fórum Affonso Campos – Campina Grande/PB. Entende-se que é possível apontar a eficácia da organização e o grau de satisfação dos seus participantes por meio do estudo da cultura e do clima da organização. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, considerada como bibliográfica, com survey e estudo de caso. Como coleta de dados foi aplicado questionários com perguntas objetivas utilizando o Índice Nacional de Clima e Cultura do Poder Judiciário, construído e disponibilizado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça. Os resultados apontam as características da cultura e do clima organizacionais presente no objeto de estudo, servindo como uma forma da organização analisar a maneira como os seus servidores atuam e se comportam e se estão de acordo com as estratégias da instituição. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze the organizational culture and climate in relations job Forum Affonso Campos - Campina Grande/PB. It is understood that it is possible to point the organization's effectiveness and the degree of satisfaction of its participants through the study of the culture and climate of the organization. This is a descriptive, considered as literature, with survey and case study. As data collection was applied questionnaires with objective questions using the National Index of Culture and Climate of the Judiciary, built and made available by the National Council of Justice. The results show the characteristics of culture and the object of this study organizational climate, serving as a form of organization to analyze how their servers act and behave and are consistent with the strategies of the institution. |
