Empreendedorismo no setor informal: um estudo de caso CEAPE/PB.

Abstract

The current economical scenery is suffering countless transformations, when it comes to the new forms of organization of the work, where the unemployment and the instability are more and more growing. To leave of that process, the creation and the small businesses development spreads in the attempt of softening the instability and the decrease of the work positions. This way, this report explained a research on the entrepreneurs' profile, CEAPE/PB‟s customers of the informal section, of the city Campina Grande – PB, in what refers to understand the principal reasons for the which people become enterprising, as well as your characteristics (knowledge, attitudes, abilities and talents) necessary to reach the success in the enterprise, comparing them with delimited them by the theoretical referenciais and the larger causes of failure in the enterprise. The research had as general objective to know the success entrepreneurs' principal characteristics, CEAPE/PB‟s customers, in activity in the city of Campina Grande. When it comes to the used methodology, a research of exploratory and descriptive character was accomplished with the customers of the institution. The results proved that the external atmosphere is the principal factor that hinders the action of the enterprise, that people become enterprising, mainly, in search of professional independence and that there were some divergences among characteristics described by the entrepreneurs and that one told by the theoreticians, telling thus, the importance of a deeper study about the characteristics that permeate the entrepreneurs in the current context.
