Violência doméstica: uma análise de dados das ocorrências realizadas por mulheres na delegacia de polícia de Sumé-PB.

Abstract

Violence against woman is a national sad reality and that, is not different in the interior of the country, on the contrary it is a sad reality in the Brazilian Northeast, where it is still predominantly a macho and sexist speech that violent women in various ways, among them, physical violence. Therefore, woman who denounces the violence this research aims to investigate the profile of the woman who denounces domestic violence, specifically, in the municipality of Sumé, inquiring about the main types of violence that they are submitted and what are the main reasons that cause this violence. Through three main theoretical currents we analyzed about types of violence against women, specifying the kinds of violence, physical, psychological, and heritage, approaching the law 11. 340/2006, called Maria da Penha. From the methodological point of view, this is a qualitative study, using a documentary research in the Civil Police station in the municipality of Sumé. From the information obtained, it might be concluded that, a the majority of these women have low educational level, whichever a greater number of which it called of brown color, and live in suburbs, with a total of 98% live in the on the outskirts. In short, this work prepared the profile of women who dare to denounce domestic violence suffered in affective relations-marriage.
