Impactos do microcrédito rural (PRONAF Grupo B) na renda dos agricultores familiares do município de Coronel Ezequiel-RN.

Abstract

The public politics destined to the rural section they are growing every year, so much for the agribusiness as for the family agriculture. Being the most important program of the modernization of the rural section that if refers to the rural development, of this the years of 1970, it is the Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (PRONAF). And the microcrédito rural (Pronaf Grupo B), servant in the ambit of PRONAF to combat the rural poverty, is strategic for the poor family farmers, because it values this public's productive potential and it allows to structure and to diversify the productive unit, financing resources of small values, for investments in activities agricultural and not agricultural in the rural way. This research has as main objective to evaluate the use and the impacts of Microcrédito Rural (Pronaf Grupo B) in the Income of the Family Farmers of the Municipal district of Coronel Ezequiel-RN that were benefitted with the public politics of the Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (PRONAF) implemented by the Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário (MDA), together with the institutions of technical attendance and rural extension. With relationship to the used methodology, a research of character exploratory, descriptive, qualitative and quantitative was accomplished, constituted of a bibliographical revision on the theme in subject and of a field research. The data empiric of the research were obtained through the application of questionnaires with the beneficiaries of the microcrédito rural (Pronaf Grupo B) with the following data: name of the producer, area of the property and ownership condition; economical description of the families and the explored agricultural activities; purposes of the microcrédito rural and your impacts and; PRONAF B's limitations and to leave of a previous listing supplied by the Banco do Nordeste do Brasil it was raffled 30 farmers Pronafianos " B " that had firm contracts among the years from 2004 to 2007 was. Through the application of the questionnaires PRONAF B's farmers were close to identified the financed activities, the increment in the current activities and the impact was evaluated in the incomes of the beneficiary families of the public politics of the microcrédito rural. It was ended that the family farmers need to plan the activities better before acquiring the microcrédito rural, this way they can pay off the financing in the financial agency without harming your life quality.
