| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este artigo teve por objetivo analisar a visibilidade de gênero e visão das discentes, do curso de Ciências Biológicas da UFCG, Campus Cajazeiras. Foram realizadas entrevistas, com as alunas do curso buscando entender suas vivências na universidade. Como resultado pode-se afirmar que o número de mulheres é superior ao de homens matriculados, mas isso não impediu que sofressem preconceito e discriminações por parte dos discentes e docentes, o que reflete diretamente a inserção das mulheres na universidade. Ressalta-se que a força da mulher no meio acadêmico progressivamente vem crescendo. Ocupam diversos cargos importantes em todas as áreas. Apesar do ascendimento da mulher no meio acadêmico, o preconceito e a discriminação persistem. |
| Abstract: | This article aimed to analyze the visibility of gender and vision of the students, of the Biological Sciences course of the UFCG, Campus Cajazeiras. Interviews were conducted with the students of the course trying to understand their experiences at the university. As a result it can be stated that the number of women is higher than that of men enrolled, but this did not prevent them from suffering prejudice and discrimination on the part of the students and teachers, which directly reflects the insertion of women in university. It is noteworthy that the strength of women in academia is progressively increasing. They occupy important positions in all areas. Despite the rise of women in academia, prejudice and discrimination persist. |
