| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | 0 presente trabalho ira tratar do tema da Previdência Social, mostrando e caracterizando os tipos de regimes existentes no Brasil e sua importância para a sociedade, dando maior enfase aos Regimes Próprios de Previdência Social (RPPS) elencando as vantagens e desvantagens desse regime, mas especificamente o Instituto de Previdência do Município de Serra Branca (INPREMSERB), analisando a viabilidade do mesmo. Serão utilizadas como fontes, coletas de dados junto ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado da Paraíba dos anos de 2009 a 2013, um oficio emitido pelo gestor do instituto que garante de forma oficial a existência de um deficit mensal do mesmo, alem de dados do Ministério da Previdência Social que trazem a tona a ausência de Certificados de Regularidade Previdenciária (CRP) perante o Ministério da Previdência Social, impedindo assim o município de firmar contratos, convênios e acordos perante a união. Portanto através destes dados o trabalho tem o intuito de possivelmente analisar se o RPPS do município de Serra Branca atualmente e inviável ou não, e se o mesmo atualmente esta sendo vantajoso ou não para o município em questão. |
| Abstract: | This paper will address the issue of Social Security, showing and describing the types of regimes in Brazil and its importance to society, giving more emphasis to the Special Social Security (RPPS) listing the advantages and disadvantages of this scheme, but specifically the Social Security Institute of the City of Serra Branca (INPREMSERB) analyzing viability. Will be used as sources, data collection by the Court of the State of Paraiba the years 2009 to 2013, an office manager issued by the institute that guarantees the existence of an official form of a monthly deficit of the same, in addition to data from the Ministry Social Security that bring to light the lack of Social Security Certificates of Compliance (PRC) to the Ministry of Social Security, thus preventing the municipality from entering into contracts, covenants and agreements before marriage. Therefore these data through the work aims to analyze the possibly RPPS the municipality of Serra Branca is currently not feasible or not, and whether it is currently being advantageous or not for the municipality in question. |
