Cuidados de enfermagem ao paciente em tratamento hemodialítico.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a disease that causes slow loss, progressive and irreversible renal function. The IRC to be a silent disease, the patient, affected by it, begins to show symptoms when kidney failure reaches 50% loss. However, when the kidneys reach lower limit of 10 to 15% of its operation is necessary to perform dialysis, which is a renal replacement therapy, and as greater emphasis on hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is a procedure where the patient with CKD have their blood filtered by a machine, the dialyzer, which makes the work of the kidneys removing harmful impurities to the body. In hemodialysis unit a multidisciplinary team is necessary for it to be done a complete service to the patient / client and should involve nephrologists nurses, practical nurses, doctors, psychologists and social workers. The nursing in nephrology is a little explored area, it requires that these professionals have a deeper technical background, and with the involvement of the emotional factor. The need to review the literature on the knowledge of nurses in hemodialysis area started from the lived experience in the training field, the narratives of nurses and technicians where reported not like the industry as "not to do", but also admitted that the knowledge in this area was unsatisfactory. From these reports came the question that guides this study: "What are the nursing care as humanized care to patients on renal replacement therapy?", Aiming to describe the nursing care as humanized care to patients on hemodialysis aimed a better quality of life through the analysis of selected articles in databases on the Internet. Is an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach, where the analysis twelve scientific papers selected from the descriptors "nursing care" was held, "HD", "renal dialysis" and "humanization of care," found in the Virtual Library Health, the databases of the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS) in the last five years. After analysis of the readings was concluded that only 12 articles spoke about humanized nursing care and that even the nurse has technical and scientific knowledge, it is necessary also a humanized care with nurse communication and interaction with the customer to the bond formation and thus have a trust where the patient can express their fears, anxieties and so the nurse caring for the individual holistically.
