Abstract

This work has as objective to evaluate the application of the fine ones of coal, originated for the boilers of the Refinery of the ALUMAR, for the siderurgical sector. The fine ones of coal, originated of the mineral coal, had been submitted analyze physicist-chemistries, aiming at to take care of the potentiality to them of the siderurgical sector in the States of the Maranhao and Para, in total or partial substitution of the vegetal coal, whose production growing of disordered form, comes aggravating the half-environment due the many coal bunkers to get the wood of predatory form, being about an illegal, unsustainable in ambient terms and harmful situation economically the short and average stated period.
