Concepções de mulheres aprisionadas sobre o câncer do colo do útero.

Abstract

The private women's of freedom conditions socieconomic together with the youth's vulnerabilities they can favor the appearance of the cancer uterine cervico, as well as the insufficient covering of the tracking in the units prisionais. The objective of the study was to discover the private woman's of freedom knowledge concerning the cancer of the lap of the uterus. It is treated of an exploratory descriptive study with qualitative approach, in which the analysis of content of Laurence Bardin was applied. The research was accomplished in the Feminine Chain, located in the hall district of Cajazeiras, they participated in the pesquisaa ten detainees that were in closed regime. The study obeyed all of the ethical precepts of the Resolution n° 466/2012 of National Council of Health, obtaining to seem favorable N° 2.626.443. it was verified that the age group of the prisioners was among 25 to 31, as for the current marital status most was married or in stable relationship. It was observed that great part of the interviews was multíparas, in relation to the education degree, it was evidenced that most was with incomplete essential teaching. In what he/she refers to the history prisional and the participants' of the research legal juridical aspects, it is noticed that the drug traffic, the association to the traffic and the housing break is the main causes of the women's imprisonment. Two categories and a thematic subcategoria were delineated: Category 1 - the women's Conceptions arrested on what is cancer of the lap of the uterus; Category 2 - the women's Perceptions imprisoned about the actions of health developed in the atmosphere prisional;Category 3 - the women's Understanding imprisoned in relation to the right the health. It is noticed that the education actions in health on the cancer of the uterine lap are not accomplished in way a little it executes in the atmosphere prison, once in spite of the participants to affirm that the theme on that cancer was approached at the prison, it was observed that most of the women didn't know to define what would be and the main causes that favor the appearance of that cancer type. The need of the professionals' of health training is verified inside of the atmosphere prison to accomplish actions of promotion of health and prevention of offences in the atmosphere prison using methodologies that favor the construction of the knowledge among the private women of freedom.
