Resumen:
The main objective this study is to develop a methodology that behold two
aspects in the simultaneously form. The first must consider the main
characteristics of process of the evaluation of performance of the public
transportation system by bus. At beginning of the view point from agents
involved with the production and the use of services. The second, proposal
a possible analysis that order the characteristics of performance of the
system. Integrating the distincts and contradictory interest of these agents.
Then methodology demanded the elaboration of a hierarchy based in the
Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP, which is compound of objective, agents,
attribute and variables. The winning agents by the model are: the users,
operators and public institutions. As the attribute considered were: rapidity,
comfort, reliability, accessibility, safety and economy. We also consider
thirty two variables distributed among attributes cited. To verify the efficiency
from the methodology propose. It was made its application in a case study
Metropolitan Region of Belem. The results from application indicate the
users (65.6%) as the agent the more will benefit better performance from
STCO. The safety (25.4%) as being attribute rather priority and variable
drives' training (8.8%) as being that major relative importance between
others considered. It is possible observe that results obtained with the
application attend the expectation of the groups of interest contemplated in
this work.
