Resumo:
This project is aimed at two goals. The first one is to evaluate carefully some
substation grounding design computational methods.
The second goal is to develop an efficient computational routine to assist on the
design of substation grounding mash compatible with industrial needs. The universally
preferred two layer soil, which is suitable to the majority of the brazilian northeast soil
will be used.
The routine was implemented the electrode current density to be constant and the
Barra do Peixe substation grounding was used a case study. The calculated results are in
agreement with previous works.
