Résumé:
The effects of stress in human routine has been studied for a long time, and
have been observed some changes that break the homeostasis of the
individual, physically and mentally, contributing to the appearance of
pathologies. The work environment is one where the individual is subjected to
various situations, positive and negative, especially when dealing with the
military police work which is described in the literature like one of the most
stressful professions, by constantly labor with danger in situations of conflict.
Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the influences of stress in the life of the
military policeman working in radio patrol in the city of Cajazeiras-PB, semiarid
Paraiba. Mainly addressing occupational stress and its stressors that can trigger
various diseases studied in class. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the
influences of stress in the life of the radio patrol military policeman in the city of
Cajazeiras-PB, semiarid Paraiba. Focusing on occupational stress and its
stressors that can initiate various diseases studied in class. Thus we conducted
a quantitative survey on the 6th Military Police Battalion located in Cajazeiras -
PB semiarid Paraiba with a total of 48 police officers. To achieve our goal has
been made to a questionnaire complied with Resolution 466/13 of CONEP,
which was subsequently tabulated and analyzed according to the respective
literature. After analyzing, the present study showed the interference of the work
process in the life of the military police, and the identification of poor quality of
life in the workplace, factors causing stress that eventually translating into
pathological physical or mental disorders.
