Abstract:
The main objective of this work is to analyze the impact of the use of sustainable purchasing process in the Center for Legal and Social Sciences, its relationship with Environmental Law and the social, economic and scientific relevance of this type of practice in the public service. The sustainable purchasing process, one of the axes of the Public Administration Environmental Agenda (A3P), is an essential element of study for society, as it is through it that many products are being purchased, moreover, your matter is composed as a premise of discussion regarding its economy. In this step, the deductive approach method was used, considering the comparative procedure, as well as the indirect research technique, through bibliographic references, doctrine analysis and all regulations on the subject, starting from the bidding law n ° 8.666 / 93. , Federal Constitution of 1988 until the Sustainability Plan of the Federal University of Campina Grande, taken from PDI - 2014-2019 which regulates internally sustainable purchases in the acquisition of goods and contracting services. It noticed that the shared purchases belonging to one of the actions of sustainable procurement axis of A3P, generated savings of public resources through economies of scale, but generated operational problems in their execution that should improve and observed by the manager. This research also demonstrated the importance of sustainable procurement in the execution of administrative activity as a way of better management of public resources.
