Resumo:
The Psychosocial Care Centers, strategic services in assisting the patient with psychological distress in social and health care, are responsible for organizing the network demand and mental health care. Within its territory, intervention strategies are planned and goals are established through the Therapeutic Project Singular (PTS). In this context, we intend to intend this work to answer the following issue: Does the PTS is being developed by individual technical reference CAPS? Objective: To analyze the context of the therapeutic operation by professionals CAPS Cuité and Picuí - PB. Methodology: This study deals with an exploratory - descriptive qualitative approach. The research scenario CAPS I was "Crazy for Life" in the city of Picuí -PB, and CAPS I "Another Look" in the city of Cuité -PB, from may to july 2013. The sample comprised 07 CAPS professionals above, according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. As a tool to collect empirical data we used the interview method using a semi-structured. The research project was submitted to the Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, running only after approval. Results: By analyzing thematic category proposed by Bardin (2009), we prepared the following categories: I- Understanding of professionals about mental health and illness; II- Entering the professional network of mental health professional; III- Understanding about Therapeutic Project singular; IV- Operationalizing PTS; V- Criteria used for preparing the PTS; VI- Training / Capacity building for operationalization of the PTS; VII- Importance of PTS for psychosocial rehabilitation. Final Thoughts: From this study, we identified the importance of the PTS for psychosocial rehabilitation of users CAPS and realized that the entire multidisciplinary team should be involved in the operation of the PTS, however, it is necessary to make the family, co-responsible for the care accompanies the PTS. For this, it is necessary to carry out training and capacity building of professionals to operate the PTS satisfactorily.
