Abstract:
The study has the theme: Difficulties in learning to read: problematic in the context of
the classroom. As a general objective: To identify the main difficulties related to
learning to read in the classroom. The specific objectives: Analyze how the teaching
methodologies used by teachers can lead students to develop a love for reading;
Observe the difficulties experienced by students in the process of learning to read in
school life; analyze the main aspects that affect the learning process in reading of
students who are in the early grades of elementary school; Observe if the reading is
used so pleasant in daily school; This research sought to understand as of the
reading process in the early Initials Elementary School, for its concrete was required
to use a specific method that met the requirements placed on goals, namely that
operationalized contemplatively research. The research of qualitative nature gave us
a broader view of everyday school life, besides bringing knowledge and contribute to
the change of studied fact. Data will be collected on E. E. E. F. Don Moises Coelho,
Cajazeiras Center - PB. The research subjects are students and teachers. Being 32
students of that school, divided between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of elementary
school. And also four teachers of the classes mentioned above. For data collection
we used systematic observation. Thus, the observation period took place in a
controlled and systematic, allowing personal contact and narrow with the studied
phenomenon. It was also used as a research tool for data collection, the individual
questionnaire and structured, which is a set of issues, neatly told, they propose to
raise knowledge recorded in parts of the subjects studied, in order to assess opinion
the same on the topic under study. The sum of factors, as demonstrated in this work
can be considered the cause of reading difficulty presented by the students of the
early years of elementary school. Thus, the solution is not something you can say
simple, but which nevertheless is made by over complication.
