Resumo:
The present work makes a reflection of the theme of the teaching planning, having as
objective to analyze as this educational action is accomplished in the teaching institution in
Pombal City - PB. This analysis implicates to understand the development of the planning as
well as the teachers' perception on the same. The teaching planning is characterized as
indispensable element of the teaching process that makes possible to the teacher a reflection
of his practice. In that way the research, looked for to understand as the reflexive process can
contribute for the development of the planning in the school, and if happens the collectivism
in the accomplishment of this. Identifying which the main difficulties faced by the teachers in
the construction of the same. For the collection of data of this research they were used as
resource methodological readings that approach the theme, the participative observation and
the questionnaire. The obtained results revealed that the teachers involved in the research
demonstrate to dominate the concepts involving teaching planning and reflection, however,
same understanding this relationship clearly to the research reveals important data as the
action in practice, because the deficiency of a collective planning and the absence of the
reflection as contributor for the development of the it are present actions in this local context
of the research.
