Resumen:
The present study intended to examine the acting of the teachers' pedagogic practice in the
current education reality, taking as base the didactic procedures used for the mediation of
knowledge that guarantee the educational process. Through the theoreticians: Jaime Cordeiro
(2007); Paulo Freire (1996), Fontoura (2010), Gadotti (1998), (2000), Vasconcelos (2012),
among others, the pedagogic practice was confronted that we longed for with the educational
action of the researched reality. Three teachers of the 5th year of the fundamental teaching
and their respective students of a state school net teaching, as form of elucidating questions
regarding these teachers' pedagogic contribution for the students' learning. The
methodological procedures used for the accomplishment of the research were: the participant
observation, the questionnaire and the form. In the results it was clear the lack of the teachers'
knowledge in relation to what we understand for diversified methodologies of teaching,
besides the difficulties of them articulate such procedures in the classes, so that they come to
motivate their students to learn in a pleased and participative form. The lack of dynamism in
the classroom affect students' learning, that they feel afflicted in always repeating the same
functions in classroom. It was still noticed, that it is starting from the acting of a
transformative pedagogical practice of teachers that the students enjoy the wealth of a
continuous process of learning for complete and critical citizens' formation, with conscience
of their ethical and moral role in the reality in that they live.
