Resumen:
The paper entitled: Assessment and verification: The practice of teachers in the early
years of primary school aims to analyze the evaluation methods adopted by teachers
identifying whether this evaluation is formative and / or measured, so as to identify
the evaluative instruments observing procedures identify students' views about
assessment practices checking the learning that they identify through the reviews
and finally characterize the vision of the teacher to assessment practice. The
research provided the construction of three chapters, aligned between topics and
subtopics. Thus, the first chapter is an outline of the meaning of evaluation in their
various looks, this relationship held by many scholars view knowledge in this area,
highlighting what is reviewed and its variations resulting from the social context and
school, so as well as the position of Curriculum and NCP. After contextualization
performed this, the second chapter focuses on the methodology behind the
methodological aspects and research employees, so how objects and subjects that
were part of this. Through this approach the entire third chapter explains, in explicit
form through the analysis of data obtained through observation and questionnaires to
teachers and students. Thus, the information gained from the research has
pinpointed considerably valuation model adopted in educational school, providing a
reflection extremely favorable for the pedagogical practice reaffirm the commitment to
engage students in the assessment process in its different looks, so the participatory
