Résumé:
The present work entitled reflective Teacher: A innovative look in everyday practice of
teachers of the initial series of elementary school, proposes an analysis related to the activities
of elementary teachers, so, this research was developed at the children's, and secondary
School called Escola Estadual de Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental Doctor Silva
Mariz, located in the Marizópolis-PB city. Aiming to understand the thinking and how this
reflective process is developed in the context of the classroom, this methodological approach
used for the search procedure was observation, intervention, questionnaire and free
association of words. These methodological procedures favored getting data for the
understanding of the subject, whereas data collection has enriched the work and provided
subsidies that discussed the light of some theorists like: ALARCÃO 2003, GHEDIN 2008,
FREIRE, 2008 and allowed others to understand their significant the process of formation and
development of the subject. So, from the studies we can see this reflective practice is still
carried out in a limited way, even considering the innovation and opportunity of continuing
education and its importance for an educatin practice of developing significant skills for
preparing the learner for life in society.
