Resumo:
A system that allows the monitoring of the uterine contraction and the fetal heart beat it was projected and implemented. Important parts of this system are the sensors, which
assist to the following criteria: to be not invasive and to provide comfort to the pregnant. For acquisition' of the; uterine-contraction, initially, the use of a sensor capacitive was investigated by.testing.it in the pregnant. The obtained results showed that the sensor capacitive didn't present appropriate sensibility to the pressure variation. It was invested in the search of a new one sensor that could offer a better sensibility, which happened in two stages: one relative to the project and construction of the mechanical structure and other relative one to the project and assembly of an electronic circuit. The beginning of
operation of the sensor developed is to do to vary an inductance, when an uterine contraction happens. For acquisition of the fetal heart beat a sensor in the detector of heart beat, DF-4001 was used based on Doppler effect. Starting from the sign obtained in the detector was projected' and implemented an electronic circuit that it counts the beat pulses and it presents the result in a display case of 7 segments. For the storage of the acquired data.for the sensor of uterine contraction and of the fetal heart beat, it was developed a software for the microcontrolador MC6SHC11 to accomplish the measurement of the period among two pulses and later it was enlarged so that the same could measure 10 periods T, and to obtain an average of the measurements. Decisions are made in the microcontrolador regarding the cases in that the tax of fetal heart beat or the uterine contractions are out of the normality patterns, generating alarm signs.
