For a better knowledge of the work, a historical survey of the building was carried out, followed by on-site visits with the purpose of photographically registering all the pathologies found, identifying them and copilating the information, in which for better identification a map of in order to identify the location of each manifestation on the forefront of the structure. It was noticed that the manifestations found in the facades of the building come mainly from an absence of maintenance, be it preventive or retroactive, besides the high solar incidence in the region, contributing to the depreciation of the work. It was also verified that the cracking and detachment of the coating were the main anomalies found, caused by the factors mentioned above. It is concluded that the photographic records made, together with the graphic representation, allied to the damage map, serve as a material for future restoration, facilitating the identification and correction of present manifestations, contributing to the preservation of the state historical heritage.
