Résumé:
The dissertation deals with the design of PI and PID industrial controllers for open loop processes with little or no information. Using the closed-loop relay experiment, a simple method of estimating the frequency response for -135º phase angle is proposed, which information will be used as input to a set of tuning rules based on the symmetric optimal concept. The characteristic of this approach is the possibility of using practical experiments as a way to gain knowledge about the process necessary for tuning PI and PID controllers, which result in closed loop systems with defined characteristics of performance and robustness.
