In this work the electrical influences caused by the alternating current transmission lines in metallic pipes are analyzed. Chapter 2 presents the equations necessary to calculate the electrical parameters of metal pipes. Chapter 3 presents a qualitative approach to the phenomena responsible for the appearance of tensions and currents in the parallel or transverse metal pipes of the transmission lines. The calculation methodology used to quantify the induced voltage and current values in the pipelines is done in chapter A. The applied technique discretizes the equivalent pipe circuit, directing the analysis to the implementation of a computational program that calculates the pipe stress profile. , in its coating and in the insulating joints. Chapter 5 presents the tolerability and tolerability limits that will be considered when analyzing the electrical interference of LT's in pipes, in relation to people, the installation itself and its accessories. Some practical applications carried out in the analysis of CHESF LT pipe crossings, using the described technique, and presented in chapter 6. It is highlighted in Annex A.2, the presentation of the computational program developed based on the methodology of chapter 4, which assists in the analysis of interference from alternating current transmission lines in metal pipes.
