Resumo:
An aquisition and analysis wind data system suitable to climatology, to synotic
stations, to agrometeorology, and oriented to design of wind energy conversor systems,
is presented here. Its technical and operational characteristics as also its components'
hardware/software are all descripted. The system is composed of: a sample and record
sub-system, and a sample processing sub-system. The first one has the function of
colecting velocity wind samples (intensity and direction) in the local where the wind
regime is searched, in general to many purposes, such as preview anual electric energy
production generated by wind energy conversor systems. The collected samples are
transported to the processing sub-system where they are compiled, and following this
processing, a statistical analysis is carried out and its results are showed on printed
reports and through graphics on screen. A prototype is implemented to do laboratory
tests.
