Resumen:
This work presents an application of Genetic Algorithm (AG's) on the
evaluation and allocation of tariffs settlements by the Electric Energy Transmission
Systems uses. On the proposed technique, the transmission lines loading are considered in
order to offer a new way to estimate supplementary revenue in the evaluation of
transmission use of system charges. The presented methodology has shown to be efficient
in the adjusting computation corresponding to the responsibility of each user on the
expansion system futures investments. With Electric Systems use tariffs reflecting the
collected and operational costs for each agent on network expansion, minimal cost strategy
should be considered for this operation. The objective of this methodology is related to
maximal production efficiency and electrical energy sale. So, the investment in the systems
should be recovered through the use of system charges. The charges should be allocated
among customers in such way it results in economic efficiency and must have influence on
the long term system expansion. To validate the proposed methodology, the Simplex
optimization method, widely used for similar problems, has alternatively been used.
Finally, a resulting comparison among several methods was performed.
