Resumen:
The Organization World Health (WHO) defines health as the state wellness physical, intellectual and social , including peculiarities referring to capacity for work in all aspects . It is relevant understand that the actions aimed for health of the worker have the intention of benefiting the performance labor and improve relations interpersonal well as the operationalization of the functions exercised, which can directly influence in quality of life at work. The stress evidenced by labor activity endangers the health of Professional therefore influences in the occurrence of problems related to welfare of the worker This way , the present study, in general lines, had the objective of investigate the stress influence in the actuation of nurses in the municipality of Cuité/PB. The order to achieve the proposed objective, this study adopted methodologically the approach qualitative of exploratory mark and descriptive, where the sample was composed by 08 nurses who worked in Hospital Municipal of Cuité and in the Units Family Health (USF), collecting data was accomplished through a semistructured script of interview and were analyzed the light of theoretical referential by means the technique of Analysis of the Content, proposed by Minayo. How result was described a Unit Thematic Central: Analyzing the stress in nursing work. This four categories emerged, namely: Stress in Design of Nurses, Desktop x Stress, The influence of stress on the care and Routine Work x Personal life. The first category tackles stress as consequence of accumulation of functions of nurses in your work environment. In category II, some stressor situations point the environment labor as the main responsible for developing the stress, moreover , the work overload was mentioned as preponderant factor for the occupational stress . While reading the category III, verified - if that stress is understood as a factor that influences the professional considerably, during the provision of patient care. In this circumstance, flaunted in category IV, becomes clear that the everyday of nurses interferes in personal life, mainly by the absence of time and physical wear and mental. Before the exposed it was observed that, based on the results, becomes
imperative the creation of strategies to minimize stress caused by work of the nurse. These strategies arise when, first, employers, this case hospital directors and managers, if propose to listen the worker, analyzing their difficulties and intervening in the organization of the environment and work process. This way, expects - if that this study can collaborate, significantly, for new research in healthcare of the worker and, also, that serves of example for the work valorization exercised by the nurse .
