Resumo:
The nematode belonging to the group of animals highly adaptive success, with representatives in various environments. They namely parasites and free-living. These fauna are influenced by various abiotic factors, mainly that determines the composition and of fauna. The researchers interest for the study of free-living marine Nematodes is increase due to its importance in nutrient cycling, as food resourse for other benthic species as bio-
indicators and. This study aimed to indetify the Nematofauna genus level along the coastal region of South- Pirangi RN, as factors that influence the development of the community consists of nematodes commuity. Sediment abiotic samples were collected once in the period and another in the rainy. For comparison of climatic factors which favored Nematofauna. In of South Pirangi, region there areas were analyzed for the collection, which are: sandstone reefs, beach and estuary Pirangi, each which three transects and for replicates each, totaling 36 samples. In the laboratory were made permanent slides following methodology Grisse De (1988) for indetification at the genus level. The study site was represented with 22 families belonging to 77 defferent genere , with dominance of the genus followed by Daptonema Sabatieria in both periods. Both spatially and temporally community structure are shown statistically different. Seasonally, the reef environment was more structure in terms of diversyt and evenness and spatially the beach was the most favorable environment for establishment of Nematoda assemblege.
