Résumé:
In this work will be presented a study of the incorporation of ceramic composites from the NixPb1-xTiO3 system, with 0,3 x ≤ 0,7, as a partial replacement in Portland CP-V cement, aiming at a possible application or indication designing devices in real-time concrete structure monitoring systems, which can be evaluated for use primarily in bridges as well as in other types of concrete structures. Nickel and lead titanate samples were obtained from the Federal University of São Carlos. The experimental analyzes used structural characterization, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The CCTA/UFCG building materials and constructive techniques laboratory provided Portland cement. After incorporating NixPb1-xTiO3 into the Portland cement at hand, the XRD and Raman measurements identified the formation of a composite, that is, a combination of NixPb1-xTiO3 with Portland cement. It can be expected that this combination can produce satisfactory results in the construction of monitoring devices and can be evaluated in future research, in determining the piezoelectric coefficient, as well as the characterization of its dielectric properties, as long as it is economically viable.
