Résumé:
Include is more than allow different people to be accepted among people who consider themselves "normal". Include comes to be able to all be considered normal, without differences. For while the school working with the idea of inclusion, we do not represent that still default to respect all people, regardless of their needs and conditions, special. The school gradually climbs up new horizons and allow the teacher, the student and his family, the possibility of a relationship between all without consideration of inclusion, of difference, but of respect, care and watchful eyes to what will be best for living in a group for everyone. This monograph is a reflection on the training of teachers of a city in the interior of Paraíba in order to understand if this training is to assist educators in this task include students with special needs who have education at the same time it saw the school structure and relationship with parents. By testimonies collected by the instrument to collect research data, it is clear that there are actions grounded in teacher training that are aligned with what the theory recommends for this relationship, in other words, one notices the lack of structure, motivation and support from public authorities to effectively be allowed a full inclusion of students, educators and parents.
