Estonia has moved towards digitizing public service processes to the fullest by adopting the inclusion of innovation in its governance. This paper presents how Estonians are pioneers in building a sustainable ecosystem, saving time and money. The overall objective of this TCC is to know how the innovation and digitization of Estonian public services took place and for this purpose bibliographic and documentary searches were carried out, in particular available on Estonian Government websites, which address the recent transformations of its public services. Currently 99% of utilities are available online 24/7. This is a convenient, flexible and transparent digital government in which society has confidence in government. They bet on technology and innovation in public services and today Estonia is emerging as a reference in Public Management and socioeconomic development.
