Resumo:
The present research entitled “Production and Experimentation of the Puzzle game of the Semiarid Geographic Space” as a didactic resource in the school context through mediation, The general objective was to produce and try a puzzle game as a contextualized teaching resource that addresses the concept of geographic space, identifying the natural and socioeconomic elements of the semiarid in the concept and its implication in the teaching-learning process in the classroom through mediation. The study was carried out at Maria Balbina Pereira State School of Elementary and Secondary Education, located in Santa Luzia do Cariri district, Serra Branca - PB, through the assumption of qualitative research within the scope of action research. From this research, it was possible to verify the importance of the didactic resources in the teaching of Geography in the schools of the field being these a facilitator, involving the student closer to theme, leading him to the construction of knowledge by understanding that this theme is part of his social, cultural and economic life discovering that knowledge is not far, but within himself through his experiences in the field. For, the students were interested in the discipline and learning, through the mediation of the didactic resources in the case of this research the pedagogical puzzle game of the semiarid geographical space, through contextualization with the Semiarid, it showed that the experience space is the first generator space of geographic knowledge.
