The assessment of quality and of bioactive compounds in commercial products is an important strategy to quantify the losses of these compounds under processing and marketing. This study aimed to evaluate the quality and quantify bioactive compounds in various brands of pulp and juice ready to drink fruit tropicais. O work was developed in Plant Products Technology Laboratory of the Academic Unit of tecnoogia Foods Science Center and Agrifood Technology, Federal University of Campina Grande. Tropical fruit pulps were used: pineapple, acerola, mango and passion fruit five commercial brands. And evaluation of four commercial brands of juices ready to drink tropical fruits: pineapple, cashew, mango, passion fruit. Trademarks for the pulps and nectars were from the Paraiba market and has production and consumption with coverage in the Northeast. The experiment was a completely randomized design to evaluate the pulps and commercial juices. Evaluations were carried out of Soluble Solids, Titratable Acidity, pH, SS / TA, ascorbic acid, total Chlorophyll and Carotenoids, Flavonoids Yellow, Anthocyanins and Polyphenols Extractable Total - PET.Os results showed that the highest levels in SS / TA ratio were obtained from pineapple pulp and cashew juices. The pulp and acerola juice showed the highest levels of ascorbic acid. The bioactive compounds showed significant levels for pulp and juices, independent of the evaluated fruits.
