Résumé:
With advancing technology, there is currently an increase in life expectancy due to
increased quality of life . This fact has brought other challenges among which the
human aging -related diseases such as osteoporosis . This degenerative disease
causes a decrease in bone density and therefore greater exposure to fractures . To
answer this demand tissue engineering seeks to develop methodologies for the
regeneration of bone, making the use of devices that use calcium phosphates, such
as hydroxyapatite , Tricalcium Phosphate , Phosphate tetracalcium , which will be
obtained in this work with different sintering temperatures , which will be studied and
analyzed the possible use of calcium phosphate for bone regeneration. Thus , it is
considered pertinent to study synthetic routes for the production of these raw
materials . The present work is to study one of these routes , the sol-gel method is
one of these methods to establish the optimum conditions for producing calcium
phosphates for medical applications .
