Abstract:
This is an analysis of the elaboration and implementation of the legal application of the Expropriation Law - Decree-Law No. 3.365 of June 21, 1941 - and the socio-environmental policy of the Federal agency responsible for settlement policies in the São Francisco River Transposition. In compliance with the New Forest Code, which requires that agricultural goods must be registered with the competent agency through registration with the SISCAR - Rural Environmental Cadastre System, through the CAR - Rural Environmental Cadastre, the objective is to contextualize the application of the CAR and the instruments. promotion of socio-environmental policies in relation to small farms approved in the city of São José de Piranhas-PB, as well as identifying the possible benefits brought with the implementation of Decree 8 235 of May 5, 2014, according to the difficulties faced and the possibility of challenge of bringing about a necessary change in the adoption of Forest Code practices and practices. Establish sustainability practices to be implemented by proposing a change in attitude towards animals affected by transposition in São José de Piranhas-PB, with specific restrictions and contingency application. Pointing out the social, economic and environmental effects - positive or negative - generated by the operationalization resulting from this standardization. Therefore, the legalization of properties in relation to the Forest Code is crucial for their full environmental activity, excluded as legal and financial issues that have their own environment.
