Resumo:
The cantata of viola in na expression of popular poetry base don poetical narrative. Between
the Cordel and the Embolada, it constitutes na improvise class. Altlthough, the cantata of viola
congregates many ways of configuration, since the presentation in markets and public squares,
passing by the cantata of bandeja, until the shape of Congress. The Congress begun like a
exalting way for the repentist job at the urban context. On the other hand, the exemplo of
Itapetim, shows like the rural poetry drinks from the urban experience fountain. The initial
movement begun like a migracion way for the big cities and shows characteristics itinerants of
improvised poetry. Nowadays, the experience lived by the Itapetim' singers mixture this two
models. From this curse, is possible verify like the Congress at the non-urban space realizes a
constant movement of creation, recreation and Tradicion's appopriation. From the idea of the
tradition showed at this job, we could verify that in a pos-modern context, the own change is
especular, making part of a creative moment, where the old and the new found, reivent and
became actual it selves. The fact is that in a cultural complex and globalized context is each
time more difficult to identify in the constitution of a cultural phenomenon the aspects that
give bases for the traditional and modern experience, because of the multiple interactions
succeed by this process. The example of the Amateurs' Congress confirms thathese
interactions interfere until in the dynamic of the local culture.
