The urban heat island (UHI) is an atmospheric phenomenon that causes great impacts on society. This phenomenon is being studied using a wide range of methods from the sensors from the meteorological sensors to the board of vehicles, from the remote sensors to the remote control system, and the search for mitigating the example and more. The present research was evaluated as a temporal and spatial variability of the meteorological variables, dated and sent monthly and without meteorological database of the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET). period from January 1980 to December 2017. To verify what is written and back up the 3-year average of the images of the Landsat satellite system 5 and 8. The results indicate that surface, with the same degree of (0.9 ºC and 0.8 m / s increase, showing interference of the change, of 1.2 m / s (decrease of 0.4 m / s) of the environment in the microclimate of Belém.
