Resumo:
The present scientific work aims to research about the latest technologies implemented in agroindustry, especially regarding the use of artificial intelligences, cognitive computing and the internet of things in agroindustrial management, verifying the benefits and harms of its use, addressing its applications in precision agriculture, as well as its agility and reliability. The study is based on the pioneering of IBM - International Business Machines Corporation, in the development of technologies such as IBM Watson, and Urbano Agroindustrial in their practical use. Thus, it points out the risks of its implementation to living beings and the environment, from the perspective of Ulrick Beck's theory of risk society, within a global context, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and their reflexes in different layers of society, verifying the implications, not only environmental, but labor market changes, and the social aspects of technological evolution. The research also contemplates the study of the Brazilian legislation, as the incentive of the economic development, the environmental protection, and the possibilities of use of the technology of criminal form, the security, valorization and protection of the data today. It also sought to investigate the provision of rules applicable to problems / disputes arising from the use of the aforementioned technologies, and the analysis of infralegal norms and international and comparative legislation related to the regulation of sustainable socioeconomic development. From this, a legal criticism of the social, economic and environmental impacts was elaborated through the application of constitutional values and principles. Finally, it concludes about the need to improve legislation to ensure the safety of users of systems based on cognitive artificial intelligence. In addition, inhibiting criminal actions, concluding that with appropriate reforms and adaptations, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the agro-industry is an effective means of achieving waste-free and sustainable management capable of meeting the needs of humanity and the environment your future generations.
