Diagnóstico da comercialização de carne bovina no município de Pombal – PB.

Abstract

With intention of characterizing the trade of the bovine meat in the municipal of Pombal- PB, approaching the commercialization strategies, sanitary measures and effective disputes of the municipal for the consumption, it was aimed to accomplish a rising of data about the profile of the trade of the bovine meat, besides the related aspects in its commercialization in the municipal of Pombal- PB. They were applied questionnaires for elaboration of the diagnosis and, in that way, we can verify " in /oco ", that the commercialization of the bovine meat is out of the ideal pattern, needing larger attention on the part of the competent authorities of the section.
