Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the milk production system of crossbred goats in a rural property in the municipality of Sumé, Cariri Paraibano mesoregion, trying to correlate the milk control, the feeding, the facilities, the milking, the used labor, the with a view to developing public policies and regional incentive programs for the dairy sector. Thus, in order to reach the objective of the work, a research was carried out in a goat milk production unit, located in the city of Sumé-PB, where 10 (ten) crossbred goats were sampled.
