Resumo:
In this work, the behavior of a stake is analyzed small-diameter injection, with regard to settlement, the capacity loading mechanism, load transfer mechanism and mode of rupture, aiming at its use as reinforcement of a foundation, on standard Franki piles. In the first part of the work, the equipment is described and tests used, as well as the theoretical procedure for the interpretation of results. An explanation is also made regarding the various methods of predicting the behavior of deep foundations used in this work. The results of two load tests are analyzed, one in the Franki pile and another in the small diameter injected pile, with instrumentation along the shaft. The results of the forecasts are presented for the behavior of the two piles, obtained through several propositions, comparing these predictions with the results of load tests. Based on the results obtained in the load tests and
those predicted by theoretical methods, an analysis is made respect to the behavior of the two stakes studied.
