Today, information and communication technologies have exercised considerable influence in society by promoting changes in ways of disseminating information in its various sectors. In education, there are several works, including articles, books, monographs and others that feature the use of these technologies as an ally to school in pursuit of improving the quality of education. Even the guiding documents of the national basic education mention ICTs as resources with the potential to raise the quality of education in Brazil. In this sense, in the face of positive arguments for the effective use of ICTs in Brazilian educational institutions, this paper aims to investigate how the integration of these technologies, as a pedagogical resource, has your approach to political-pedagogical projects of some state public elementary schools and average, of Paraiba Curimataú region. For that, based on procedural principles for the national basic education, five thematic categories were developed which, in turn, formed the basis for the analysis of these educational proposals, in order to meet the gap between the guidelines in national legislation and Pedagogical Proposals of the studied schools. At the end of the investigation, it was revealed that, in general, the approach in their respective proposals, it is of superficial information, showing little concern over the issue.
