Resumo:
This work aimed to evaluate the effect of the sources and
nutrients concentration on nutritive solution in lettuce grown in soil. The
experiment was carried out in greenhouse at the Centro de Ciências e
Tecnologia Agroalimentar (CCTA/UFCG), Pombas-PB, from 03/03 to
19/04/2010, using the lettuce 'Baba de verão'. The treatments were done by
means of the use of two sources of manures (caule and goats) in the rates of 80
t ha'l, four leveis of nutrients concentration in nutritive solution (12,5, 25, 50 and
100%) and additional control (without manure). The experimental design was
randomized blocks, on the factorial scheme 2 x 4 + 1 , with four repetitions. The
nutritive solution used as base it was Hoagland & Arnon in concentration of
100%. Using this solution it was obtained by dilution the other concentrations.
The additional witness use rate zero manure and concentration of the nutritive
solution of 100%. The highest values of leaf área, number of leaves for plant,
dry mass total, leaf and stem and yield was observed in lettuce fertilized with
goat manure in relation to the caule. The highest values of liquid
photosynthesis, leaf área, number of leaves for plant, dry mass of leaf, stem
and total and yiedl was obtained in the interval from 75 to 100% on nutrients
concentration in nutritive solution in the lettuce. The application of the goat
manure and nutritive solution with nutrients concentration above 50% improved
best performance in growth, dry mass accumulation and yield in lettuce.
